After recovering from anorexia, Megan made it her mission to break down body myths and normalise scars, stretch marks, and rolls. Her rainbow hair is also #goals.
3. Harnaam Kaur (@harnaamkaur)
Harnaam was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome at the age of 12 and after years of fighting her facial hair, decided to just roll with it. She’s now a model, a body confidence activist, and the owner of a lush beard.

This account, founded by plus size model Tess Holliday, reposts photos of people from all walks of life feelin’ themselves. A joyful, inclusive corner of the internet.
10. Gabourey Sidibe (@gabby3shabby)
You might recognise Gabby from her roles in Precious, Empire and American Horror Story, but she is also a complete delight on Instagram. Her confidence is infectious.
